How to Rent the Clubhouse
Are you interested in renting the Dancing Willows Clubhouse?
First and foremost, you'll need to check the calendar to see if your preferred date is available.
If so, you can print and complete a Rental Agreement (pdf).
To pay for your rental, please make out two checks to Dancing Willows Metro District:
- The Rental Amount - $100 for a half day OR $200 for a full day
- The Rental Deposit - $350
Drop the Rental Agreement with both checks into the drop box at the front door of the clubhouse. The deposit check will be held until after the event and the clubhouse is left clean and in good condition.
NOTE: If your event is more than 80 days away, please date the deposit check with the date of the event.
Next, email DWCHRental@gmail.com to notify the District that you have dropped off your agreement with payment. At this time, your event will be added to the calendar.
Three to four days before your event, you will be provided with a PIN code to access the lockbox to the clubhouse key.
WI-FI is available. The maximum occupancy is 92.
