OPEN SPACE LANDSCAPING MAP
The District owns and maintains five land tracts totaling 1.46 acres within the District. The three HOAs maintain the landscaping around the properties within each respective HOA. See map above depicting which entities are responsible for maintaining the open spaces within the Dancing Willows community.
Generally, the District contracts with a landscape company to maintain the landscaping on the open spaces and mow the native open space areas. The District's landscape contractor generally maintains the landscaping in the open spaces between May and October each year.
